Women in general are told innuendos about perfection and overachievement. “To break the glass ceiling” does not mean “be yourself, you’re fine” it means “be a man, you are not good enough”. This is ingrained in our cultures, from general society to eco-communities, to workplaces to family dynamics.

The need to be pretty, to be neat, to be perfection in assemble, to at least appear perfect by other women or men who are incredibly confused about what perfection is, is the biggest perils of womanhood.

There is a comparison that goes on…

My favorite english sentence: “If you’re a hammer, all you see is nails.”

I’ve been digging for the positive, and let me tell you, I rather not be a tool. Pun absolutely intended, quite literally in fact.

I follow a wonderful website called Beautiful News. It’s much better than following Trump’s temper tantrum at losing to the democratic process. In this website, we can see how honest of a work we’ve been doing as individuals and as a collective. …

Whether you follow me on Medium, Facebook, or Instagram you’re well aware that I think a lot about how to solve our “social problem” and I do speak a lot about opening a dialogue about the cultural issues that need solving in face of moving forward in healing and yet, happy way.

One thing I’ve been thinking about a lot for the past year is how our inherent natural culture has been misappropriated from us.

There is clearly a good vs evil battle going on in the world, I’ve decided for the past year or so to not take part…

Step by step guide of 10 easy ways to reconnect with yourself and to love the life you live.

1. Recognize kinship with everything that exists.

To walk in a busy city street, on a gravel road, and between trees, flowers, and lovely weeds and feel a kinship with every living thing makes us understand that a better world is forming under our feet. We can look beyond the dooms-day apocalyptic media and see that human intelligence is naught but a bleep in a symphony of beauty and grandiosity. To understand that a tree carries you more than you ever feel its presence, that a flower understands more about life than you will in your 80 or so years of presence on this Earth. To understand…

Tired of this last year’s public narratives? Want to discuss important matters at a different level? This is a topic list of all the things people should be discussing but haven’t for a long time.

Appropriate mental health discussions

For starters, I think society evolved a lot in this sense for the past half a decade. A lot more dialogue is happening around mental health, and a lot of what is being discussed is important. For some reason, however, with the pandemic somehow it became taboo again to discuss certain issues. One is the high level of conspiracy nuttery happening in the world at…

The way to think about this begins to think of what it means to have a healthier system, and what kind of systematic change does this need entails for the future. When we set course on a boat, we can for sure roam freely and aimlessly, but we do want to set point and unbark somewhere along the way. Preferably, a better place than the one we left behind.

The idea behind this goal in Systems Thinking is to have an objective from which to look forward, to develop our ideas, and work from. A lot of what I do…

Native stories about natural spirits which comprise the reality of things can help us a lot in thinking in regenerative terms. I mean, what’s best than to believe in the good-heartedness of reality? A bit of magical thinking doesn’t do any harm if we know that life is here to help us if we understand that goodness and compassion are the true forces that help our lives.

The world has learned a valuable lesson with Trump: we do not want US-branded-American hegemony anymore. We understand the savior need your country has, but the fact is now your country is the one that needs saving, not us. And we appreciate the generosity during WWII when your country could’ve easily just lived in a world where most of it was run by Nazis, which wasn’t a favor to us Europeans at all just common sense at the time, and we do appreciate the help... But you need to help yourselves now. …

Humans have been telling stories since their conception. It’s quite an interesting tale itself to know about the influence these stories have had on the wholeness and evolution of humanity to a point where today, the entirety of society relies on social narratives and the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves, whole and individually.

The media frowns upon those who bring this up, but it has ceased to be an impartial type of journalism for quite some time now. It’s incredibly rare to find true impartial journalism these days, particularly with the worldwide uproar against or for fascist rules, or…

My own matcha exfoliant, the only ex I need.

Amongst other things I do for a living and for pleasure, such as studying complexity, systems, and the future in a scientific non-astrological way, I’m also a herbalist. It started more than a decade ago, I always enjoyed making my own products. Store-bought stuff was never completely pleasing and it came to a point where it actually really degraded my hair and skin. It is in fact more environmentally friendly to reuse what you can and make your own, but it just started out of curiosity over how ingredients mix to make a perfect concoction to one’s physical attributes.

Because…
